The report reflects more than our charitable activities. It demonstrates how our people, partnerships, and global network help us create value for businesses while supporting the communities we reach.
One Year. One Community. Many Lives Impacted.
Throughout 2025, our teams, clients, and partners navigated geopolitical conflicts, evolving trade policies, climate disasters, and growing supply chain complexity.
Yet amid these challenges, opportunities to make a positive impact continued to emerge.
Our 2025 impact highlights include:
- 33 distinct initiatives supporting causes around the world.
- 7 countries reached through giving and supported initiatives.
- 25.6% growth in giving compared with 2024.
Behind these numbers are people and organizations working together to address real needs, whether through humanitarian assistance, education, health and well-being, environmental initiatives, or community support.
Humanitarian Logistics: Collaboration When It Matters Most
When a crisis occurs, getting the right supplies to the right place becomes urgent. But responding effectively requires more than transportation. It takes coordination, trusted relationships, and a network willing to act.
In Ukraine, Vector and its partners continued supporting humanitarian organizations, bringing the cumulative amount of aid shipped to more than 1.9 million pounds by the end of 2025.
Our commitment also deepened with the opening of our office in Lviv in April 2025, strengthening our presence on the ground and our ability to contribute to the country's ongoing recovery and rebuilding.
Through our Leveraging Logistics initiatives, we also connected non-profits, donors, suppliers, and logistics partners responding to needs in Jamaica and Valencia, Spain.
These efforts demonstrate something fundamental about our industry: no organization can move anything alone. Collaboration is what makes effective supply chains—and meaningful impact—possible.
Creating Positive Impact Through Business
Our purpose also shapes the relationships we build and the way we operate.
In 2025, we identified 59 clients in our portfolio whose core missions contribute to social or environmental impact, including organizations working in healthcare, humanitarian assistance, climate solutions, circular economy, and sustainable sourcing.
As a Certified B Corporation, we continued examining how our business affects our employees, customers, communities, and the environment.
Our environmental efforts included supporting a forest restoration project in Mexico, improving the data needed to measure freight-related Scope 3 emissions, and establishing new baselines for our digital operations.
These efforts reflect our commitment to continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
Giving Back, Close to Home and Around the World
Some of our most meaningful moments in 2025 took place in the communities where our team members live and work.
Across our global offices, employees supported causes that mattered to them. They volunteered at food banks and animal shelters, organized environmental cleanups, supported children's organizations, and contributed to community projects.
- In Chile, team members painted and repaired a children's center for burn victims.
- In the United States, employees supported food insecurity initiatives and other local organizations, especially following the government shutdown and cuts to SNAP benefits.
- In Mexico, our team helped create a new computer lab for Ciudad de los Niños in Aguascalientes, donating 21 refurbished computers, desks, and chairs.
Each initiative looked different, but all reflected the same belief: small actions, multiplied through a global team, can create meaningful change.

As we reflect on 2025, one lesson stands out: our impact is shaped by how we do business, the partnerships we build, and the communities we support.
None of these achievements happened in isolation. They were made possible by our employees, clients, suppliers, non-profit partners, and friends who contributed their expertise, resources, time, and trust.
